Catalent has entered an agreement to acquire a clinical packaging facility in Minakuchi, Japan, from Teva-Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Nagoya Aichi, Japan. The acquisition establishes a new clinical GMP manufacturing and distribution hub to support clinical studies.
